Sanjeev and the sons, Vishnu and is brother are the best hosts that we ever had....helpfull for every our needs,....the breakfast was very good. We usually got our breakfast in the common area, so you can meet a lot of people. I reccomand Sanjeev Home Stay for sure, we enjoyed so much. Thanks to Sanjeev, we definitely came back.

It is not a stay. It's an experience that one will go through. Nice and warm welcoming host who takes care of you like a family. Very close to Cherai Beach and hence very advantageous. I would definitely recommend the place

Location was near to the beach and a few restaurants and cafes. The hotel was a newish building, it was clean, spacious and everything worked. Room cleaning was available every day. It had a pool, which we regularly used. Staff were lovely. Restaurant food was really nice. The room had a safe. Shower was good. It had two comfortable armchairs in the room. You can book transport via the front desk. It had a car park.

The view from the sit out and the first floor balcony is very good. The room overlooking the lake. The pleasant lapping of the waves can be heard in the night. It will put you to sleep. The house is squeaky clean. 2 Bathrooms(attached to each of the 2 bedrooms) is well maintained. Dining room. Kitchen is superb with all the needed utensils and fridge and waste basket for waste disposal. Airconditioned cozy bedrooms. Filtered waster purifier. Enclosed mosquito free terrace with a big hall which can accommodate almost 20 people. A perfect house for family, friends and small events. It also has a shower behind the house just in case you had a great time in the beach and dont want to spoil the clean house. Food home delivery is also available.
