Great night's rest! Charming, seafront, luxury appartment exactly as advertised with free parking, kitchen that is stocked with the basics - fridge, stovetop, pan, cutlery & crockery, kettle & coffeemaker - and great view with beautiful sunrises. 5min drive away from markets, a gas station and hearty family run restaurants in Georgiopolis, and only a few meters from a beachfront bar/restaurant. Spacious for 2 adults and a child with a super comfortable bed and sofa bed. The owner was friendly and we enjoyed the peace and quiet and a cacophony of frogs singing in the stream nearby at night

The resort is so beautiful with a unique Boho style interiors. The room and the facilities were amazing. The staff are very friendly and attentive. I can mention Antonis in the a la carte restaurant who was very friendly and happy person and was willing to help in anyway to make our stay more enjoyable, also the reception ladies were helpful and attentive. The playroom was a big bonus as the weather was windy and rainy, we spent time in the playroom which has a big variety of different games and board games. The cocktails in the pool bar were really good and the food in general was excellent. Highly recommended resort especially that La Mer is part of IHG group now.

This was a great location, with large rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. They rang the bus company to get the local airport bus to stop for us (that’s what you have to do in Crete, apparently!) and we’d definitely stay here again.

    Very clean, great pool, breakfasts ( every day something different ), localisation. Close to the village centre, so just a few steps to nice restaurants, free parking is behind the building, inside the room there's a small fridge. The most important thing is that this place has got superb nice owners/staff and they are doing all best to you to enjoy your stay :) Its also a nice base to have trips over Crete ie. to Kournas lake or some nice beaches around.
