Excellent location, very friendly and helpful manager, and great room service. The bed was also really comfortable. We were initially a little skeptical about staying here as prior to arriving we received 2 scam messages claiming to be from the hotel asking for our details. However we're glad that we came and it was a really comfortable room to stay in. Just make sure to only message on Booking.com and not reply to suspicious WhatsApp messages.

We really enjoyed our stay. We traveled as a group of four and rented a car, since we knew the villa is located a bit far from the city. We stayed in early September, and there were no other guests except us, so it was quiet, peaceful, and the pool was completely at our disposal. The hostess was very welcoming and pleasant, and the hostess team also helped us book activities — we arranged a catamaran tour through them. We had a spacious villa with a fully equipped kitchen, which was very convenient for preparing our own breakfasts. Everything was clean, everything worked properly, and we are more than satisfied with our trip.

We were so happy to spent 3 nights in such a beautiful place. I am designer and very sensitive to the decoration, so it was just a perfect match. The environment is quiet and the 180 degrees sea view is a gift at every moment of the day🥲. Dimitri and his colleagues are here to make you feel good and provide an outstanding service. The property is situated in a great area, it’s out of all the busy touristy places making it relaxing and enjoyable. We hired an ATV for our stay which was organised by the owners, it’s a quick 10-15 minute ride to Fira and Oia. The staff went above and beyond for us during our stay and I cannot thank them enough! I highly recommend to make sure to have the breakfast included as you receive lots of options and you won’t leave hungry! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will most definitely be back in the further. Thank you once again to all the staff for being so lovely and helpful!

    Great location. Just a couple of blocks from Fira's main square and bus terminal. Walking distance to everything in town, including many restaurants, car rentals, souvenir shops and the great views. A laundry shop is literally next door and a mini market, a few steps away on the opposite side of the street. There is free street parking right in front of the property, but usually taken + traffic is a little crazy, so we decided to park at a safer, large, free parking lot situated 1 block down the street. No problems there.
