The villa is new, well equipped and very comfortable. The jacuzzi with a sea view was splendid. Ioannis was very helpful, providing advice and reacting promptly in case of small issues to be fixed. The location is very near to the village beach and a couple of restaurants and cafes. Highly recommended.

Everything was just perfect. The communication with the owner was nice and pleasent. The studio is clean and cozy, situated near by the center, but at the same time is quiet. The view from the balcony is very beautiful! I like it very much and I reccomend the place!

Location is great. The whole yard of the house is free for parking your car. You have barbeque and a smaller inner yard that is tiled, a small terrace with a table and chairs. The village is very quiet, apart from the chickens and storks, they deliver most of the sound background :).

Even though the host was not there in person, she was always available and provided lots of useful information about the apartment and the city. Everything is well thought out and lovingly furnished, making you feel right at home. From Canva Living, it is just a few minute walk in the Old Town of Xánthi, which we loved a lot.
