It was an incredible vacation! Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the owner, who also kindly helped us find a last-minute car rental. She is an extremely kind and helpful person, always present at the property and available 24/7 via WhatsApp. YOU Kolona Concept is a place of complete privacy, where you immediately feel at home, and where the service is truly tailored to each guest’s needs. The staff is friendly and attentive to every request. Each morning, breakfast is served either on the private terrace in front of the pool or in the lobby at your preferred time. Great care and attention go into both the preparation and the service. The property also has sun umbrellas on the beach just across the street—undoubtedly the most beautiful beach on the island—where you can even enjoy the sunset. The accommodation was exactly as shown in the photos: spotlessly clean, with a breathtaking view and a private pool just for us. We leave our hearts in this place and hope to return soon.

Fantastic off-grid charming beach house in Flampouria, Kythnos. So quiet, 1 minute walk to empty beach, amazing night skies etc … we are a family with three teenage+ children … we all absolutely loved the location. Note: you really do need your own car or to rent a car. The house is 14km from the port and there are not many taxis.

Caroline was super helpful, arranging a taxi to meet us at the ferry. Did a great day walk to Loutra. Would have loved a bit more info on restaurants as it was our first visit and shoulder season. Would go back

    The villa was really beautiful and spacious. The beds were super comfortable. In general the whole experience was amazing the pool, the view, the sunset everything. Plus is the free parking space. Alexios is a professional host, he was very friendly and gave us all the info we needed and was always very quick when we wanted something. We 100% recommend stay at this property. Great value for money. Would love to come back soon

    The host was amazing, very polite, hospitable and very flexible with check in and check out times. Room is as seen in the pictures. The host also provided snacks/breakfast. Location was great, very close to the port and free parking right across the building. Would definitely book here again.

    The exact location of the apartments is very close to the center of the island with good road access from the port, so the total price we paid was worth it. The exterior and interior architecture is a mix of modern and traditional Cycladic island style. Free parking inside the apartments with lot of space. The host was very helpful and kind to welcome us when we arrived and offered us advice on best beaches, restaurants, drinks and prices.

    The property was situated at an amazing vantage point overlooking the sea creating a perfect seem less connection with the infinity pool at the property. The suites between them have good separation providing privacy as well as individual parking. Gorgeous property, super clean with really nice placements. Staff was helpful and was available for contact at any point providing us before hand with information on how to make the most of our stay. Cannot recommend enough.

    The property is state of art, the quality of the furnitures is great, the mattress amazing and has an incredible bathroom with all the necessary things! There was a plate with hand made cake waiting for us at check in and the hostess was very helpful and pleasant. Also there is plenty of parking space for the car and the suites are 3 minutes driving from the Chora where you can find a very big parking space to visit the Chora.
