The host had thought about everything that we would need for our stay. The fridge was stocked with milk, there were ice cubes in the freezer, fresh flowers on the table etc. It was nice and warm ready for our arrival and the welcome basket was a lovely touch.

    Lovely modern and comfortable apartment. Very kind gesture of a gift basket on arrival, also bread and milk, which was a great help! Parking was safe and secure, and Jacky was extremely helpful in giving all the info required. There's a coop over the road, and a great pub called the Knockerdown serves very nice food about a 10-minute journey away. We stayed here to go Alton Towers, and it was the perfect base. The arcade machine is a plus and was well used by my 3 teens.

    From first walking through the door the staff were really friendly and helpful. Both myself and my dog were made to feel really welcome. Room was fabulous one of the best I have stayed in excellent design not just basic really beautiful and well thought through very comfortable. Foot great lots of veggie and vegan options. Car parking next to hotel just one pound right through from 6pm to 8am. Will definitely be back.

    It was clean, well equipped and as described. The welcome basket of goodies was a very nice gesture. The texts etc beforehand were very helpful prior to our arrival. The parking adjacent to the property was also good.

    Communication was good from the owners with clear instructions for check in. One free parking space is provided. There was a delightful gift basket on arrival which was a lovely touch. The bed was comfortable. The shower and kitchen facilities were great. The jacuzzi bath was a great addition. Very good location just a quick 5 min walk to the shops and restaurants in Wirksworth. The pacman machine was also fun.
