We were very pleasantly surpised- we had booked here as a convience between Heathrow and an event we were attending in Wandsowrth without too mcuh research, but the hotel is really comfortable and welcoming, and good value. Easy parking,a nd close to trains to central Lond as well as walking along the Richmond Riverside. The breakfast was particualrly good.

Everything was great! Staff were very polite and helpful. It was very quiet throughout the night , which is quite rare for hotels. Breakfast was also very good. Special thanks to the petite girl with brown hair from reception, she solved all our issues very swiftly and was very nice.

Our 3rd visit in 3 years and it continues to be excellent. It feels like home rather than a hotel. Staff are wonderful. You are made to feel so welcome. Location is perfect for rail trips into London or boat trips to Richmond or Hampton court, or just a short walk into Kingston over the river. Free secure parking and a great breakfast, what's not to like. Will we be back? Of course we will!

    The Bed and pillows. Evening meal was lovely in Bar & Staff so lovely. My Ommlette a d my Wife's pancakes were great on second day but buffet vooked breakfast was stilll cold. The Hotel.was right in RUGBY HQ and free parking.

    Convenient to the stadium we were there for the Rugby Facilities great couldn't fault anything Brekfast was outstanding hot and great value at £ 7.95 Fabulous outdoor garden space including under cover Staff were amazing and very friendly Even one of the locals kindly offered his car drive for us to park our car on his drive whilst we were at the match !as we only had one night stay at the Pub and they had limited car parking obviously . Fab stay Thank you all staff

    This hotel is in the perfect location for visiting the rugby stadium at Twickenham. They kindly ensured we had car parking passes reserved for the big match day. We were able to book a table for dinner when we arrived, which was essential as the hotel was super busy. The rooms were large, clean and spacious. The bed was lovely and comfortable.
