    The room was comfortable, warm, clean, had tea/coffee/ biscuits/water, lovely Sea Kelp toiletries and had a bath and shower. The meals were excellent and all the staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel had ample free onsite parking.

    Very comfortable, clean, quiet and well-equipped little flat that suited us really well for our stay. On-street parking was much easier than we'd expected. Local shops from small independents to big supermarkets very convenient. Host was very helpful too and we'd certainly recommend.

    This was our first stop on a Scottish holiday and it couldn't have been better. From the friendly welcome by the staff, to a lovely room and a wholesome dinner. The exterior has old world charm, but inside is fresh and clean. Our room overlooked the garden, had a comfortable bed and modern good sized ensuite. It was very quiet and had excellent wifi. Breakfast was freshly cooked. Plenty of free parking available at the front door. Located in a small charming village just outside Edinburgh, it was ideal for accessing local attractions.
