It was very cosy, modern technology for the lights and heating. Compact but enough space for a couple. The spa was the cherry ontop. Extra little gestures for the experience also like hot chocolate for coming in from the spa etc.

Beautiful location, just a 30-minute drive from Edinburgh. Neat and well maintained B&B. The hosts were lovely and made you feel right at home. Breakfast was also great ! It's a nice detox from city life. Highly recommended!

The House was lovely furnished, clean, smelled nice and its perfectly located. Close to Edinburgh but in a very quiet street. Máiri is very kind and gave every important information with out having to ask. We would love to come back one day:)

Steve & Heather are very welcoming hosts & friendly. We stayed just 1 night as early flight the following morning. Easy to get to the city and surrounding area. A good pub nearby to eat. All very clean and a decent shower. Highly recommend. Great breakfast Thank you 🙏

A beautiful house, very clean and comfortable, with modern equipment. The house owner and manager are exceptionally nice, welcoming people. Great safety for parking our cars, close to the Edinburgh bypass, yet convenient for travelling into the city by bus or taxi.

I loved staying in such a historical place and sadly I was not able to explore the grounds that much as it was raining a bit. The room service was amazing and the breakfast options are superb. I was also struggling to book some taxis for some events I would have and I asked the staff before my check in and in less than 1 hour I received the confirmation of the rides and they were super on time.

    Very comfortable, clean, quiet and well-equipped little flat that suited us really well for our stay. On-street parking was much easier than we'd expected. Local shops from small independents to big supermarkets very convenient. Host was very helpful too and we'd certainly recommend.

    This was our first stop on a Scottish holiday and it couldn't have been better. From the friendly welcome by the staff, to a lovely room and a wholesome dinner. The exterior has old world charm, but inside is fresh and clean. Our room overlooked the garden, had a comfortable bed and modern good sized ensuite. It was very quiet and had excellent wifi. Breakfast was freshly cooked. Plenty of free parking available at the front door. Located in a small charming village just outside Edinburgh, it was ideal for accessing local attractions.
