Everything!!!! Such an awesome location and property. Was so clean and well set out. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms were beautiful. The kitchen and open lounge room was excellent. Host was kind and helpful. We Loved it!

The breakfast was excellent, it is a great idea to get the guests to complete a tick sheet for what they want for breakfast and the time. This avoids food wastage and the cooked food was always hot. Maybe being Scottish as I am they could maybe try haggis and Lorne sausages as a option.

Normally there was no breakfast, but the owner helped very well to offer us a breakfast. Good wifi connection. The host Stuart was very helpful in making us comfortable. We had good appointments and he gave good advise about where to eat and where to go. I would really go here again. A good place for a good price.

The room was amazing, large spacious and warm and cosy. Food in the hotel was excellent and staff were brilliant. A little expensive as room only but worth it. Would definitly stay again.

We bought from the supermarket close by for breakfast, though we could have eaten at the restaurant there. We also went fishing in the ponds and it was great :) we caught two rainbow trouts and then had them for lunch and dinner! Loved also having the jacuzzi :)

    Rare to find a house with 3 double bedrooms, two bedrooms are upstairs and the one on the ground has an ensuite. There is a second bathroom which is also on ground floor. Located close to beach, hotel and Coop. Off street parking was great. The electronic handbook was very helpful. The library has a great range of books and games.
