The Boarding House has a beautiful natural garden, where herbs and flowers thrive. It is a lovely place to relax and unwind. This accommodation is highly recommended! We enjoyed our weekend at this lovely property, relaxed in the garden surrounded by trees and birdsong. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was clean and comfortable. I’m sure this place would be amazing in winter too with the fireplace going.

Staff were really friendly and very professional. Comfortable room and bed. Very accommodating - adjusted my booking when I couldn't travel due to illness, asked my preferred time each day for breakfast and dinner. Fantastic food. Free and spacious parking. Very fair place and good value for money.

The location is perfect for visiting the local beaches and villages. Southwold and Aldeburgh were very quaint. Our evening meal was superb, it’s a must if you stay here. The breakfast service was fast, efficient and served with a smile..all in all very nice with a great choice on the menu. Watching the wild life from our garden view was wonderful..all in all a great stay. Totally recommend it.
