Nice camping site ,but nothing special around.Very clean nice lodge comfortable and tide- everything what you need is there.For me was discomfort pay 50 pounds depozit and wait for return,but I understand owner.

The lady that received us and took care of us is the nicest, most welcoming host we’ve ever met. The room was just marvellous. we didn’t really want to leave the premise at any point. It’s actually 10x better even in real life than on pictures. Breakfast was incredible too. 100% worth every penny and more.

The host met us when we arrived and was very welcoming and friendly. She offered advice about the area showed us around the room, including a few extra goodies that we probably would not have noticed that she not pointed them out. The room was immaculately clean, very quiet, the bed was amazingly comfortable and we got the best nights sleep we’ve had for several nights. The location was superb, the area around was totally charming inviting to walk around. Easy access to several different dining possibilities, and there was a Tesco express almost next-door. were very impressed and would definitely stay there again.

    Can't fault it - lovely caravan, in great location. All rooms were spotless and everything you may need is provided. Parking is next to the caravan and the location is nice and quiet, we had a lovely family stay and explored the beautiful area and stunning lakes. We didn't get passes for the park so can't comment on them but we would definitely go back to this lovely caravan!
