The property is well located, the facilities are modern, the room we stayed in was well-decorated, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was 5 stars. And Ana is so welcoming, she looked after us, gave us some good tips about the region. We hope to be back soon for a longer stay!

The full English breakfast was amazing homemade honey and marmalade are fantastic. Enough coffee to kick start my day. I didn’t get there till after 6pm but lots of great info about places to eat locally. I went to the fox inn on the recommendation of the owners and it didn’t disappoint very good food and only a mile or so down the road.

The location is perfect for visiting the local beaches and villages. Southwold and Aldeburgh were very quaint. Our evening meal was superb, it’s a must if you stay here. The breakfast service was fast, efficient and served with a smile..all in all very nice with a great choice on the menu. Watching the wild life from our garden view was wonderful..all in all a great stay. Totally recommend it.

    The garden room was well appointed and had everything needed for self-catering. The furniture was of good quality and the room and bathroom was spotless. Always plenty of hot water. Bed was extremely comfortable The room also had French doors opening onto a patio and small private garden. I liked how a parking issue for a Blue Badge holder was quickly and efficiently resolved by Barbara.

    Arrived to a lovely warm welcoming, peaceful studio, an excellent layout very spacious for the two of us. Very clean, comfortable bed with lovely linen, good storage for belongings, clean and well functioning kitchen and bathroom, lovely big bath towels. Great information guide, lovely owners, excellent parking and although we didnt use them laundry and game facilities.We had a wonderful 11 day stay and would happily return.
