The owners are wonderful! Katie and Peter are the consummate professionals who know their game. The building itself just oozes history and the cloisters as a setting for a gourmet meal are something you will be very hard pressed to find anywhere else.

Fantastic. .....friendly hosts . We were made to feel so very welcome 🙏.by our hosts. Cold water for us by the pool x comfortable room . Lovely building and pool. Close to town centre without being too on top and parking too x fantastic breakfast outside with good quality English tea thank you x added bonus of a warm welcome from Oscar. Everything was perfect, great breakfast, dinner (booked separately) was made with care and attention. We also enjoyed jacuzzi (reservation to be made separately) and swimingpool. Also location was very good to head for hikes and visit chateaux of Cathare. It was a perfect escape to enjoy calm, relaxing weekend. Thank you very much!

What a wonderful treat, staying at a genuine apple farm during harvest season! Audrey was an exceptional host and could communicate well in Enhlish. She served a delicious dinner of farm produce, ending with the best apple crumble ever. The room was very spacious, a combination of a modern bathroom and classic bedroom with period furniture from previous generations. We really enjoyed the tranquility. One could comfortably stay a week! On leaving, the farmer gave us some apples - the best tasting ones I have ever had.
