The owner of the place was very nice. Since we arrived in the city it was already dark, it took us a while to figure out where to go from the parking to the apartment. The next day we passed by and saw how close it was, laughed how come we couldn't find the apartment faster, gave us 2 discount cards for parking (for 2 cars)

Great Location in Toledo right in the middle of Old Town, next to Plaza de Zocodover, and walkable to everywhere in Old Town. Parking was fun with Car elevator but safe parking inside property. We used codes provided by hosts to get in. Hosts were accommodating and communicative.

Fantastic place to stay at the heart of Toledo. Literally, the place is in a prime location in Toledo's city center. One block from the Plaza Mayor, and a couple of blocks from the Alcazar and the city's mirador. The place felt very homie, very comfortable, spacious and cute. Regardless of being in the city center, we didn't had any issue with the noise outside as long as you close the windows. The place everything you need. We only stayed for one night and we will consider this place again the next time we will visit Toledo. The host was also very friendly and professional. She was happy to help us with leaving our luggage for a couple of hours at the place so we could visit the city without any worry. All and all, very recommended.

I couldnt imagine a better place to stay for me and my mom. We had two seperate bedrooms with comfortable double beds and even two bathrooms. The apartment is like 50 metres from square, where the tours begins. We left our car in the free parking space, which is like 5min away, becouse you go up with elevators. Soo easy!! The apartment is in the second floor and it was easy reachable. We had an amazing stay.

    Location is fantastic- so central. A very spacious apartment that feels very homely. As others have said Luis is the most wonderful host. What a kind, friendly and hospitable man. He shared detailed instructions for free parking and met us at the car park to transport us into the old city. We would definitely return to the apartment should we visit Toledo again.

    We just loved this hotel. We had a spacious room and a view of the cathedral. The location was very convenient for activities and sightseeing. Staff were helpful & friendly and we appreciated the car parking nearby. In the evenings we enjoyed sitting on the intimate roof terrace sipping wine and eating locally bought snacks. If we come back to Toledo again, we would definitely stay at Hotel Santa Isabel.

    Fantastic central location. Large, spacious, modern apartment on ground floor. Washing machine and dryer in a separate laundry. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Good bed. No problem with putting out the rubbish at night. Excellent communication with the host and easy car parking nearby at 15 euro per day.

    The hotel is located at the edge of the old town and is relatively straightforward to access by car. Although the hotel offers paid parking €27 per night), we opted to park in the large free parking lot about 20 minutes walk outside the old town. The hotel has an attractive interior with a restaurant and bar. There are also several lounge areas to si in. The hotel was ain a fairly good location for the major sights in Toledo, although everything required a 10-15 minute walk go get there.
