The location was around 15 mins walk from a couple of train stations with connections to the airport and Munich city centre. Restaurants were approx 15 mins walk away also. The hotel is spotlessly clean with all you need to have a very comfortable self catering stay. Edeca store is next door also. We did have an issue with the self check in and despite being after midnight, I called on WhatsApp and we were met by a friendly lady (really sorry I didn't get your name) who sorted our check in within a couple of minutes.

Everything was clean, the staff was super nice and friendly, the bed and everything in the room was comfy, and most of all I liked that our dogs were welcome too. Shops and a couple of restaurants were located nearby, as well as car rentals.

The host was very friendly, approachable and supportive. I enjoyed staying at Im Grasweg next to the host's private property - which was very useful. The rooms were very spacious and very clean - including the bathroom & kitchen to share.

    Clean and modern room with a decent view, very comfortable to stay. Free parking, and even free charging for electric cars! (Though very limited spaces). Service from the personell was exceptional.

    Spa was very nice and not crowded. Plenty of parking, easy to get to. We stopped here on a roadtrip so having Kaufland and the highway so close was perfect. Dog friendly, good breakfast selection. Will stay here again when passing by Munich 👍

    The superior room is much better then the standard one. The superior room had very hard mattress which I really like, and it is quite rare in hotels. The room was comfy, the bathroom was well equipped and looked good, the hot water arrived quickly (in some hotels you have to wait for minutes...) The reception was helpful, the online check-out was easy and quick. The italian restaurant in the other side of the hotel's parking lot is really great: the food and the hospitality both.
