The hosts were very welcoming, and very helpful too. The property is a good size and is well equipped. The hosts also gave us a warm welcome at their restaurant in the evening. Cycle parking is available at the property. A great place to stay, highly recommended.

We are 3 couples who stayed here on our return form a 2 week motorcycle tour of Scotland and was the perfect place to spend our last night. The hotel is warm, comfortable and of high quality. The rooms spacious, light and very well appointed. The view from the restaurant or outside terrace is stunning and the food in the restaurant plentiful, well prepared and very tasty. The breakfast was well laid out and had everything we needed to prepare us for our onward trip. The staff were very friendly and efficient and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

I was on a cycling trip and the location was perfect for the distance I wanted to travel. Friendly staff, very clean comfortable room. The small village itself has many historical buildings and it is worthwhile to walk around and read the informational plaques on the buildings.
