The location was great. The room was very tidy and spacious, the beds were comfortable and the utilities were clean. We were able to sleep well, the coffee machine was good, there is a store (Netto) very close nearby. The neighbourhood has a lot of restaurants and so on and it's very easy to reach the centre via the S-Bahn.

The owner was very hospitable and accomodating and the flat was really nice and peaceful! The city centre is about 40 minutes walking distance away or 4 stops on the tram/metro, so you can very easily get there. There is designated parking spot for the house and the area seems really safe, so no issues parking there!

The host was friendly, responsive, easy to take over keys and drop them off. The matrass and pillow were comfy. The shower pressure was great and the warm water comes immediately. There was a ventilator which is very important since keeping windows open was difficult due to noise and rain. There are plenty of garbage baskets, a shower gel and shampoo, towels, kitchen paper, coffee machine, microwave, small fridge with freezer. Great if you are out all day and don't spend any time in the room besides sleep. There is basic 2 plates, 2 cups, 2 bowls, 2 small pots and basic cuttlery, enough if you don't plan to cook anything.

The accommodation was just what we needed for two adults and a 10 year old. The location was brilliant for us, it was outside the city centre (on a lovely, quiet residential estate), but was within 5 or so minutes walk of a train station that got us in to the city centre within 20-25 minutes. There was also free parking provided outside the accommodation which was great for us as we had drove there. The apartment had everything we needed facility wise. Would be more than happy to recommend this place to people!

    The hotel is stylish and sophisticated with a wonderful bar. Our room was small but quiet and very clean. The location was fine and there was secure parking in the underground car park for our bikes. We didn’t eat breakfast (too expensive).

    The hotel location is ideal for connection to city center (main train station) and the Messe both the normal train and the underground train. At first I got one of the few rooms without cooling, but was transferred to a room with airconditioning, which was excellent for the summer heat. The staff were friendly and helpful, also with the car parking, which was a bit odd at first going into an underground parking by elevator.
