We were delighted with our Switzerland tour and our stay at the SeeHotel Bönigen. Nice room with balcony and beautiful view of Brienz lake. Exceptional restaurant provided delicious breakfast and amazing dinners on the outside terrace. But above all - very friendly, helpful and discreet staff! Just a wonderful place! 20 stars out of 10 :-)

We loved absolutely everything about our stay here and have only great things to say. Richard and Tania are so incredibly warm and welcoming, we felt just like we were guests in their home. Our room was clean and cozy with a comfortable bed and a stunning view of the lake and mountains from our balcony, and everything was decorated with a personal touch. The breakfast service was such a lovely way to start our day as well, with delicious fresh brewed coffee and a beautiful spread including custom prepared eggs. The location is perfect because it is so peaceful on Brienz and just a quick 5min drive into Interlaken for the fun of the city. This is also makes a great home-base for day trips in the surrounding areas. They provide good information on popular hikes and activities nearby and were so kind to help out with dinner recommendations and provide us with a travel pass for the area. This was truly the best experience and we can not wait to come back!

The staff and host were so friendly and made us feel at home. The place is peaceful, immaculately clean and full of warmth. The breakfast was wholesome and delicious due to the fresh ingredients. The rooms and the hotel overlook the beautiful lake and mountains. The toilet has a bidet installed. What a wonderful experience. The tiny eco lodges are perfect for a quiet, relaxing getaway, yet close to all the exciting activities Interlaken has to offer. Fantastic location, right in front of the lake in a quiet village away from the tourist centre of Interlacken. Free parking and friendly breakfast staff.

Very good location, but very old fashion hotel,and the breakfast disappointed...very little hot food to offer...Expensive hotel and we have to pay extra for the car park..
