    Let’s start with the good stuff! In an excellent location in the heart of Albany, near shops, cafes , waterfront etc. My room had water views! My room was ok.Free parking , fairly secure. The showers were hot and powerful. The bathrooms ( toilets and showers ) were clean.

    Lovely converted historic building with period features and modern facilities. Kitchenette with microwave, toaster, small frig, tea and coffee making facilities, and cutlery and crockery. Small table and chairs for meals. Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Free parking on site. An easy walk into the city centre and waterfront area. Some reviews have mentioned noise from the nearby pub - I stayed two nights during the week in a suite facing Spencer St and heard no noise.
