Polite and helpful staff. They went out of their way to accommodate our 2 small dogs for breakfast, setting up a small side room for us. Comfy beds, well equipped suite. Sauna, gym, and pool.. all fantastic. Breakfast is top-notch. Will be going back when I can.

Lovely welcoming family run hotel, with good sized bedroom & superb Sauna, Steam Room & rest area. Breakfast was the best & good dinner in the adjacent Stübl but times were either 6.30 or 8pm, as seemingly all Serfaus restaurants. Extremely good location for ski lifts, Ubahn & bus stop from Landeck (regular service to train). Ski lockers at Bacher Sport, free to Hotel guests, large & v convenient. Excellent Ski Hire there too. In summary,loved it all, thank you Kirschner Family.

I had a very pleasant stay at these apartments. The place was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen had all the basic utensils and appliances. The location is excellent.. Check-in was smooth, and the host was friendly and responsive throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the swimming pool — it was well-maintained, not too crowded, and perfect for relaxing after a day out.. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future and recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and well-maintained apartment.

    Great breakfasts that allowed me to ride a motorbike for whole days and often stay with no additional food till the evenings. Possibility of covered parking place for a motorbike. Nice view from the balcony.

    The location of the apartment is perfect, with parking on site, and there are also supermarkets nearby. The surroundings are very quiet and peaceful, and the view is amazing. The apartment is sparkling clean, spacious, and has a number of rooms, in addition to a big living room. It also has a kitchen, which is well equipped with everything one would need to prepare a meal during the vacation. The hosts are extremely nice, responsive, and helped us with every inquiry we had. Overall, an excellent apartment, and we'll be glad to return.
