The overall stay exceeded our expectations. We travelled with a 10 m+ and a 5 y old and the Gastehaus was excellent for our family. The owners are very kind people, doing everything to make your stay comfortable. They provided us with a kettle for the baby, extra diaper bin, helped with info etc. Breakfast was lovely, room was big enough for a family of 4, big bathroom, comfortable beds, spotless clean! Spacious parking as well. The gasthaus is near right next to the main road so you can t move anywhere without a car so better to keep that in mind. It’s about 25 min drive to Attersee lake, about 35 to Mondsee lake. You can go on foot only to have a walk near the river nearby. All in all, a wonderful stay and would gladly return.

The Almtalhotel is a very nice hotel. The appartment where I was staying in is very comfortable/nice and very clean. Very relaxed. Next to the hotel at 50m you can park your car also there is a restaurant at 100m which you can easily reach by foot. The hostess is very helpfull and friendly and can serve you a nice breakfast in the morning. Almtalhotel is in a nice area and from here you can drive up to the mountains and lakes very easily. Overall I must say a superb place to be!

I’m giving 10 out of 10 for everything because of the value for money. I am fully aware, you can find more luxurious accommodation and so on... What I liked was that the price matched the level of equipment and everything was comfortable. The place is great. The supermarket is next to the building, and a few restaurants and pubs are within a 5–10 minute walk. The surroundings are nice for walks in nature. And what is great: there is a tram connection to Gmunden. The journey is nice to watch through the windows. And the owners – they are super friendly. At first I wanted to stay only for one night as I was traveling on the motorbike, but in the end I stayed one extra day thanks to all the positives of this place. And my plan is to come back with my girlfriend in the near future.

Spacious and comfy room with a balcony and new furniture, nice bathroom, well-used space. We liked friendly staff and proximity to Traunsee. There were many opportunities for biking and hiking. We came there for a bike trip and it met our expectations regarding bike routes. The hotel is well-located, close to grocery stores and more.

    The hotel is easy to find and it was easy to use the self check-in near the front door. Parking spots were plenty right next to the hotel. There is a burger king & a fueling station where you also can have breakfast.

    Great amaprtmanet. Near to highway. Apartment was really clean and quite. We have everything we need. There is only automat to check in. Parking s large and free, dog also doesn't cost anything.

    Great place to stay overnight during travel on highway. Room was tidy and equipped with modern furniture. Large car parking, shop and gas station and fast food in vicinity makes overnight stay very comfortable and easy.

    The hotel is nicely located next to the motorway exit, with a large parking area. Automatic check-in was easy and fast. Room was large and comfortable with modern furniture. All was indeed very good, except the "human touch". i am not sure to be sleeping again in such hotels with no staff.

    The location is outstanding. Check in is automated, but the staff is ready to help. We were not offered breakfast through booking, but the staff asked us if we still wanted it, and since we didn't, I don't know what it is like. But we had a coffee machine in the room, so we made coffee! 😉 Parking is right in front of the hotel, free and large!
