A clean and cozy house with everything you may need. The place is rather quiet. There is a fire pit next to the house. The host is very friendly. There is a nearby stable that belongs to the host, and he can arrange horseback riding tours in the mountains. I would love to stay here for another day.

I enjoyed the stay very much. Throughout the whole stay from the arrival until the departure, I felt very welcome. The guest family even invited me to eat dinner with them, I enjoyed the time with them a lot. All in all, it was a perfect stay. It's only a pity that I only stayed one night ;) If you are in the area, you have to stay at Moreni Guest House.

Excellent location, beautifull view, very friendly host. Really big house with four bedrooms, large living space and amazing veranda which we liked the most. Secluded area, no big shops around. But you can buy everything you need at a small shop and bakery nearby. Some kitchen items were missing and immediately provided by the host. Thank you Azat, we were happy to stay at your house!

The location was absolutely perfect, offering complete privacy thanks to the private property on the shores of Lake Sevan. A peaceful seclusion, it was incredibly convenient. The cabin was well-equipped with everything we needed: clean bedding, a warm shower, heating, Wi-Fi, TV, and a cozy kitchen.
