The place is awesome, very peaceful and quiet. The snow made it more beautiful for the winter season. The room with the bathroom was clean, warm, and very comfortable. They have a dining area with a kitchen, where I stay most of the time because of the ambiance and mountain view, perfect for my reading and relaxing, especially while having my breakfast. The location is easy to find; from Yerevan, I took a YandexGo taxi (you can download the app), which had a very reasonable fare (a minibus is also available, “Marshutka,” the owner will guide you how). As a solo traveler, I really felt at home and safe because the whole family was so supportive, and they are available to help any time. I will never forget my breakfast; it was very delicious, and I enjoyed it a lot. I arrive at night (almost 6 hours of land travel from Georgia), and they prepare a tasty dinner for me. The family was so kind that they were really so welcoming. My personal retreat and prayer encounter was truly great, for God blessed me with a wonderful experience in the BJNI Family Guest House with a very beautiful mountain view. On the opposite side of the BJNI Guest House is a typical river that is an excellent place for a short walk and to take in the local scenery.

The hotel has opened just a couple months back: freshly furnished, very airy and clean. the restaurant serves breakfasts, lunches and dinners a la carte + room service orders. The food is really tasty, the menu combines traditional Armenian flavors and European classics. A spa center and a large sport hall with an indoor pool are located in the connected building, so the hotel complex has everything needed for a relaxing weekend.

The apartment is located in a wonderful area — not right in the center, but very close to it, with everything easily accessible. The host was amazing — thoughtful, attentive, and provided clear self check-in instructions. There was even a lovely welcome treat waiting for us! ✨ The apartment is brand new, beautifully decorated, and feels like a little cozy island where you instantly feel at home. The host kindly mentioned that the building is still under construction, but that didn’t bother us at all — as a photographer, I actually loved it! It was a real surprise to find such a stylish and soulful apartment in a place like this. The peace, atmosphere, and special energy of the apartment were worth everything — it feels like being in the mountains, yet the city center is just around the corner. Amazing apartment in a very new residential block amongst nature. Well-designed, clean, well-lit, comfy bed with extra blankets, small kitchen, great location, and parking available on the premises. The owner was very helpful, welcomed me and was patient till I arrived.
