LiViTi was the perfect place to stay for three days exploring Areni. The host family are gracious, humble people who went out of their way to make me feel very relaxed. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and for a very reasonable price, I was able to enjoy fresh home-made cooking in the evening too. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location of the property is ideal - you are very close to many of the main tourist sites nearby such as Noravank, Areni-1 Cave and Selavatar. If you are without a car, you can easily reach Areni from Yerevan by bus. Gohar was in fact kind enough to book me a ticket for the return journey back to Yerevan too which was very helpful. I can definitely recommend staying at LiViTi. Thank you so much for a pleasant stay in beautiful Areni!

Very comfortable large bed with beautiful linen. Room and bathroom was new and very clean. Delicious breakfast served in a beautiful dining room with views. Warm welcome and hospitality was exceptional. The host, which was very much appreciated, also took us to a car repairer as we had a flat tyre.

Our stay at Areni Wine Art in Armenia was fantastic! The owner's hospitality shone through with delicious homemade dinners. Breakfasts were hearty and filling, perfectly fueling our daily adventures. The property itself was a delight - spotlessly clean with comfortable beds and a charming atmosphere. We loved relaxing under the shade of the mulberry tree in the beautiful garden. The location is stunning. You are sleeping on a cliff's edge and looking out on a beautiful landscape. Whether it is stargazing at night, or enjoying the sunrise. You will not be disapointed. Breakfast was delivered on the porch and just so lovely. Please do not forget to eat at the Cave restaurant by the same owner. And join one of their wild life tours. We just felt so lucky we found this gem and couldn't believe it wasn't fully booked for the coming years.
