This is a new guesthouse with comfy rooms and very good showers (there is good water pressure in the shower, not something to take for granted in a place like Theth). The breakfast was nice, and the hosts are warm and welcoming. There is also a small fridge in the room. Definitely recommend staying here :)

Exactly as beautiful as it looks like - and feels even more, once you’re there, after a long trip. Amazing settings and surroundings, lovely houses and super clean rooms, nice breakfast and kind staff. Wish we stayed longer!

Our stay at the Freskia guesthouse was perfect. The view is beautiful, the rooms are very cozy, but what surprised us the most was the breakfast, which was included in the price of the room and was very well served, simply WONDERFUL. The owner of the place welcomed us very well and was always available. In addition to serving breakfast, there is a restaurant on site where you can have dinner for 12 euros per person. We had dinner there two nights and loved it, the food was very tasty. In short, we highly recommend this place!

We had the best time. From the moment we arrived we felt looked after and comfortable. The family is amazing. From the kind welcome of the adults to the adorable children who kept saying hello to us and bringing us drinks. It made us very happy. The room was perfect. The beds were super comfortable and the location had the best views. We ordered dinner one night and breakfast twice and they were delicious. From the cheeses and breads to the amazing soup. There even is a bar just below where we stayed which was a lovely place to relax. We really couldn't have asked for a better 2 nights here. They even helped us with our bus to shkoder on departure. Thankyou so much for being such a positive part of what has been a fantastic trip to such a beautiful country. We will return.
