Very nice hotel, both architecturally and environmentally (magnificent golf course and paradisiac gardens). Although located quite far from Dubai downtown, but easily accessible thanks to the free shuttles, it is full of such a multitude of activities (water sports, golf, beach, restaurants, bars, horse riding,…) that time flies too fast. A huge thanks to all the staff who are eminently helpful, dedicated and respectful of each of their customers ! A very special “thank you” to : - Reception team : remarkably professional and welcoming. They do not hesitate to go out of their way to satisfy the slightest need or fix a possible problem. Thank you so much SARAH 🌹🌺 - Concierge team : a first class service that assists you without you even having to ask. Rove at the Park is an ideal hotel for families, perfectly located near various theme parks. The breakfast was a highlight, offering the unique experience of ordering à la carte during breakfast for the first time in my life. The environment is beautiful, with ample parking spaces surrounding the hotel, computers available for guest use, and the convenience of purchasing tickets directly at the hotel. There's even a laundry room where you can wash and clean your clothes. For added convenience, we had connecting rooms, which I absolutely loved.

There was some mistake on booking.com hotel profile; I booked family room of 68 sq m, but in reality this room was 38 sq m. After discovering that, I went to sort it out to reception - and they handled it in a very good way, admitted mistake; It took a while, but eventually we were given different room in different hotel that met our expectations / initial booking. (hotel was in the same hotel compound, just 200m away). They also corrected booking.com description immediatelly. This is the true value of good customer service - handling exceptions; And this was a trip for my parents / 70th year birthday of my dad - Patrick, thanks a lot and warm regards to JA staff!

All. But we were there for the 4th time, but we will go back again. Everyone is very nice. We arrived at the hotel at night, the last day our plane departured even later, they allowed us to stay an extra 5 hours in the room. ❤️ Our little boy was also able to sleep in this way before the long journey. The food was also excellent. Dinner is varied and delicious. Especially the Indian food was very authentic and delicious. Part of see was suitable for bathing, it was nicely cleaned. The res of area is a fenced ecological section. That was great. And finally the garden and the peacocks were wonderfull.
