The chalet was a short walk to the Kitanomine Gondola and close enough to many great restaurants. The breakfasts were amazing! Totally worth the add-on! Staff were super friendly and helpful and how can you not appreciate the complimentary happy hour drinks? Not high-end but homely!

Highland Furano dikelilingi oleh hutan yang subur dan lapangan lavender. Ia menawarkan mandian mata air panas semulajadi. Kemudahan barbeku boleh digunakan dari April hingga Oktober. The room is large and the beds are comfortable. The onsen is absolutely beautiful. I am vegetarian and the staff were absolutely wonderful in dealing with my dietary restrictions for breakfast. I was severed a delicious tofu fish each morning instead of bacon and eggs! I was so appreciative and they truly went above and beyond. Very happy with the service, the room and the entire stay.

Really nice and traditional ryokan, in one of the most beautiful parks in Hokkaido! Staff was absolutely amazing, helpful, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable! Rooms are big and very spacious, and the onsen is very nice aswell. Also had a nice lounge with free snacks and drinks!
