Great staff service, room was big and have a drying heating rack for clothes, sofa to lounge in. Our room was facing the mountain with 2 hammocks to laze in and enjoy the great view snowing. Hotel shuttle bus reservation required to pick us up from Sakunami train station. Also, many Onsen baths within the hotel premises, both outdoors and indoors. Luxurious dinner and breakfast buffet inclusive with very fresh unlimited Sendai A5 Wagyu beef, beef tongue, sashimi, stewed beef, etc., etc., desserts, alcohol, wines, sakes, hot chocolate, lots of hot and cold drinks. Staff also able to converse in English.

One of the most charming Ryokan stay in Sendai. Property is very traditional style, gorgeous huge room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. They served delicious Kaiseki meals , seasonal produce. We enjoyed our onsen experience in the privacy of our room.

Love the hotel style and design a lot. Everything is so classy. Definitely worth the money. Even with baggage, I feel easy to move around through the footbridge and subway elevator. For sure will re-visit it when I come back.

The spacious, clean room. The relaxation areas such as the lounge and the library. We liked the onsen, both the indoor and outdoor ones. The buffet dinner was excellent. It had many options and delicacies, both in western and Japanese. The dining area was spacious, serving staff were excellent.
