The room is very clean and the staff helped us to put up the traditional bed in the evening. The hot spring bath was great and there is a nice outdoor + indoor bath. We also had a couples massage which was also very good. The staff were exceptionally kind, and the Japanese-style room with private onsen was a trip highlight.
