Amazing location right in front of Lago di Bracciano! - good selection of pastries and continental dishes for breakfast. The rooms we had got a magnificent view of the lake , castle , tennis courts, pádel court and the swimming pool. The hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly! We wish to spend more time here and hopefully will be back ! 😍🥰😘

The resort is quite and it's big enough for me with big balcony.there are only 5 rooms in resort.so you never worry about the privacy.you can cook yourself that it's good for us.you have great view outside.super place.

Brilliant location in the middle of the old city. Hosts make you feel really welcome, are ready to help at any time (thanks again Vittorio!) and the place itself is really nice and clean. For a family of 4 (with a dog) this is an ideal place to stay.

This is a very beautiful villa that has everything you need. The villa is spacious, large pool and very large yard. The weather is very good, and even in the month of July we did not turn on the air conditioning. The owner is very polite and always happy to help, he also told us about many places to visit, including restaurants and shops. I advise everyone to visit this place, if we are in this area again we will definitely return to this villa.
