Brand new house with a parking lot in the shadow a need for how crowded it is in summer, just 2 minutes walking from the beach and the city center, a favorite for our family we had an amazing time in such a lovely city. Beautiful place with a nice view. You reach the centre in a five minute walk. Many Restaurants, Coffee Shops and supermarkets. Also other shops If needed. The host was very friendly and we was asking regular If everything is ok. Loutraki is a nice place. If we will come back we wil rent this place again. No parking belongs to the place but in front of the building you will find one for sure.

The property was very clean and contained all the amenities needed for our stay. Viktoria was an excellent host who explained where to go and eat and the local attractions. The apartment was ample big and very comfortable to stay. Only a very short walk to shops, restaurants, cafes and the beach. The apartment comes with off street parking but there is ample street parking as well. Would definitely recommend and will return again. Thanks Viktoria!!!
