Wow, im speechless, i have visited many countries and many hotels/guest houses, but have never been in a place like this apartment. Alexander the host have thought about every single detail, there is nothing you will need and wont find in the appartment starting from umbrellas, rain coats, house slippers and also games for yhe children and even an activity mat for babies which was perfect for our baby! The kitchen is fully and completely equipped with anything you can imagine, there is a washing machine with detergent which is very useful when traveling for long time or with kids, and the appartment itself is beautiful, so welcoming and cozy, and designed in a very good taste. We loved every second of our stay and already feel sorry we have to leave! Alexander is very very nice, he showed us all the appartment accomodations, explained above t the city whereabouts and was available for every question and request.

First thing that caught our breath once we entered the room was the amazing room view and landscape of the city in front of us. We had a room facing the city center and the river and colonnades, super bright, clean and comfortable. We had 3 hours free access at the exterior pool, right above the city. It was such a great experience! The location of the hotel is just perfect (the city in itself is quite small anyway), 5 min away from one of the main colonnades. We had to pay for the parking around 15 eur, but that was fine, since most of the hotels that offer parking possibility charge for this option. We had a very diverse breakfast included in the room rate. They also offered a baby crib for our daughter, free of charge. We will definitely return here for our next stay in Karlovy Vary! :D

We had a very pleasant stay at this lovely hotel. The cleanliness and attention to detail were impressive, and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. A special mention goes to one of the receptionists—he was exceptionally helpful, polite, and professional, a level of service that is rare to find these days. The breakfast was good, offering a variety of high-quality dishes. The wellness facilities, including the pool and sauna, were well-maintained, clean, and provided a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.
