This solar powered Rehoboth Beach property is located 8 minutes’ walk from the beach and boardwalk. The Oceanus boasts an outdoor pool and free WiFi access. The Tanger Outlets are 3.1 km away. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were basic, but clean. Location was wonderful.

Happy hour and breakfast were great. Management has add so many touches that make the place special. Room was very clean. Staff is very pleasant and conscientious. First time there, and hope to be there again!

The place was very clean and comfortable, but the best part was the staff’s consideration. They made everything easy for me to check in late at night, even though the reception was already closed. They sent me all the instructions by email, and everything was clear and well-organized. Just remember to always check your email because they communicate through there. This was my second time staying here, and I highly recommend it

Just steps from the beach, this motel offers a prime location for exploring the summer sights and sounds of Fenwick Island, Delaware. Great location. Fab and friendly staff Back of motel overlooks the water very beautiful and peaceful . Were moved from front as had issues with electric shocks . Great pool area .

It was very clean and convenient! Everything was in good repair.. The temperature was mid to high 90’s. The A/C worked great and the ice machine was huge help!!
