Nestled amongst peaceful native bushland, Kaka Retreat Motel, Stewart Island offers spacious modern suites with kitchenette, flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. The staff was so helpful before and during our stay, including a last minute request for a lift from the Ferry terminal to our hotel. The room was large and comfortable, perfect for our stay. TY

With panoramic views of the Tasman Sea, The Bay Motel overlooks Halfmoon Bay on Stewart Island. It features a nearby golf course, a free shuttle service and free private parking on site. A great motel close to all the various activities. We were picked up from the ferry and our bags left at the ferry terminal ready for our departure. Brilliant hosts and excellent service can defintly recomend this motel.
