Whispering Sands Beachfront Motel is situated on Waikanae Beach, just a 10-minute walk from Gisborne city centre. Modern facilities were awesome loved the decor, I stay at motels quite often and this one sets itself apart from the others. The rooms were spotless, very tidy and clean! So impressed by this motel, the location was great having the beach right in front of us. Staff were so lovely and helpful couldn’t fault this place would 100% stay again

Ocean Beach Motel offers comfortable accommodation in Wainui Beach, just 5 minutes’ drive from the Gisborne city centre. Our host, Caro, was super nice and gave us a great room and restaurant recommendations. Room was large and comfy. The terrace at the back of the room was a nice surprise.

Set in a private garden, Tudor Park Motel Spacious with kitchens 1 minute walk to restaurant and shopping centre and Gisborne Hospital offers self-contained accommodation with free WiFi. From check in to check out,the staff were very welcoming! All of us enjoyed this stay especially due to our accommdation.This will always be our go to hotel when we visit gisborne.great sleep .Thank you for a great stay we will be back ,also highly recommend to others

BKs Palm Court Motor Lodge is a 5-minute drive from Gisborne Beach and Gisborne’s town centre. It offers barbecue facilities, free on-site parking and free Wi-Fi access. Staff were friendly and allowed us parking with a trailer in their large parking area. Clean and quiet room. Restaurant next door looks good but didn't try. Definitely reccomend BKs to anyone staying in Gisborne.

Captain Cook Motor Lodge offers modern ground-floor studios and apartments with free Wi-Fi access. Free on-site parking is available. All rooms offer a TV with over 50 cable channels. It was close to town, and also has private parking right outside your room.

Located in the centre of Te Hapara, this motel offers a children’s playground for the whole family to enjoy. Free WiFi is provided. Easy to find, and there are stores and restaurants nearby. The main attractions are also not far away. The owner/manager is helpful, nice and knowledgeable about Gisborne. Our room was a good size, and it had everything you need.
