The room is super clean, cosy and comfortable. Bathroom is very compact, with including most of the necessities. City view is spectacular. The location is good, just near Mitte and close to all the places. Metro station is just on the corner of the hotel. Breakfast is very good, many sweet and traditional selections. Breakfast is just on the lobby area which is a cosy hangout area, as well. I did not see a breakfast crowd and mostly enjoyed with few other hotel guests. Staff is very friendly, and helping. I requested to change my room and the staff immediately provided a new room.

I like the predictability of Motel One hotels. You always get what you expect. My room had even a safe, which shouldn't be at a 3-star hotel, so a big plus. Communication during check-in was very pleasant. I've been asked about what room will be the most comfortable for me.
