The room was a great size. The shower was great. The windows open. Loved the quietness when you shut they windows. Couldn't hear the traffic. The breakfast room was an excellent addition. The shopping centre Knox was a 5 minute away, great.

Great motel run by very friendly staff. Ample parking space, washers and dryers available (not free but not expensive, very convenient and efficient). The family room maximises the space to provide two well sized beds (fits 4 adults comfortably in total). Newly renovated bathroom with lots of space, including storage. Dual aircon/heater was powerful enough to heat the room.

Great restaurants across the road. Trams 100 mtrs away. Coles, Aldi, bakeries, lots of coffee shops. Plus other shops The host was amazing and went out of her way to make our stay great. She told us about the restaurants across the rd, what tram and were to get off. She also printed out all the stops along the way , even giving us myki cards with credit on. We really loved this place. Will definitely be back
