The bungalows were situated on the hillside with beautiful views and they were very comfortable and clean. The staff were all incredibly welcoming and helpful! The ladies in the office took good care of us from booking transfers to booking expeditions.

The host is really friendly and accommodating ! The BIG plus of this place is the free transfer to the Khao Sok center thanks to their pick up. Expeditions are available from the hotel (classic prices). Their restaurant is really tasty and cheap.

Very good value property. The hotel has all attributes of luxury resort at a reasonable price.

Location: near the end of the road and beach. Secluded. Room: very clean, nice adjoining private pool, incredible view. Staff: very attentive, engaging yet leave you alone to enjoy your stay. Food: no dinner served, but the breakfast and lunch were tasty. Beach: just a few hotels so not many people, water is warm! General atmosphere: kind and quiet, just what was advertised and what we wanted.

During our stay at the family Villa in Koh Phangan, we were impressed by its stunning and distinctive design, and the comprehensive range of amenities it had to offer. We express our gratitude to Demian, Nadge, and Thip for their warm and welcoming hospitality, which contributed to our wonderful experience. Access to a motorbike or car is necessary to explore Koh Phangan, but this applies to most locations on Koh Phangan.

One of the best snorkelling beaches in Koh Tao. We really loved this part of the island as there were really few hotels in that area so it never was overcrowded. The simplicity of this type of bungalow just makes you connect more to nature and the island.

Great location, right at the beach Close to bars and restaurants (although this does contribute to noise at night from the music at bars as mentioned in other reviews - wasn't too much of an issue for us)
