From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a refreshing drink and warm smiles. The resort had lots of different restaurants and something for everyone. The rooms were very spacious and decorated beautifully in the traditional Thai style. The pool was a lot of fun for our kids. My 4 and 2 year old loved going down the water slide and my baby also enjoyed the very shallow pool. The resort is a family vacation heaven where there are activities for kids at every corner such as paper crafts and twist balloons. There are also cool shows such as sunset ceremony and fire dancing on certain nights. The most outstanding part of the resort is the exceptional service. I was touched by how attentive and thoughtful the staff were. Servers were always smiling at our young kids, offering to feed my baby food so I could enjoy my meal, and moving the poolside umbrella so my baby wasn’t in the sun. Their warmth and genuine love for children made our trip truly unforgettable. We cannot wait to come back!

The hotel'a location is good--1 km away from Phuket historical walking street on foot. There are also many local eateries and convenience stores. Can be a good base if you plan to visit the islands. Hotel has a gym and a pool.

Marriott's Mai Khao Resort - Phuket is a 10-minute walk to Mai Khao Beach. The resort provides modern air-conditioned apartments with a luxurious bathroom and a fully functional kitchen. Fantastic service and very nice room (suite with pool). Every employee we talked to were super serviceminded and helpful. Breakfast, dinner and lunch was also good.

The staff is nice, friendly and they are always ready to help you. A lot of facilities to enjoy like spa, beach, pool, bars and restaurants. The massage worth every penny. From time to time they serve you fresh fruits on the beach, they have cocktail happy hours every afternoon and themed dinner nights at the main restaurant. Spacious room, bathroom with bathtub.

Oy did a sensational job in arranging all of our accommodations including our hotel stay, hotel to airport transportation and especially our elephant experience. Her level of professionalism far exceeds typical customer care. She treated each and every one of us like her family. She literally made it her mission to guarantee us having the most amazing time in Thailand. I have traveled to many places, and I haven’t yet met a concierge staff that can match Oy’s standards. She really is the personification of customer service. Her level of care is second to none as she single-handedly made sure my family had the best Thai experience.
