The family room was spacious and clean. Ample parking available. Registration was quickly done.

We have been to this hotel almost every time we visit Jerantut. Unlike previous occasion, this time we have been given a room at their new wing at Level 1. Room was spacious and more modern compared to the old buildings. Location wise, this hotel is in the middle of the old town. Breakfast was average though, but this is one of the few hotels in Jerantut which provides free breakfast.

Staff was very friendly.. A part time staff at coffeehouse named Sagir is very hardworking and very good in entertaining customers esp childrens..shd give him a token of appreciation to a staff like this.. For surprise wedding anniversary i requested my bed to be decorated accordingly and yes..it was lovely..tq AC Marriott..

The room is unhygienic and the registration office is far away

breakfast is included. registration was smooth. facility meet expectation.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I arrived 1 hr earlier and they allow me to register first. Around 2.30pm i received call saying room is ready and i can take my keys. I went on peak season (CNY) so expected it will be full of people but surprisingly it is bearable. Lifts waiting time are around 5 mins. For tall building with high traffic 5 mins are okay.

Did not see reception ti check in very confuse property.not sure foreign workers well train. All cutleries ,extra water need request by sms.late comer no mesl to order .bed two small. No bed lights . Coffee n tea facilities with one coffee packet.no one check back satifaction.no registration provided .i sms check out. For tour no one guide i need to goohle myself Staff arevtrying thier best .

Choose another hotel if u have other option. This hotel share facility with residents and to go to swimming pool,need to go out from hotel, use residential lift and go up to level 40, then register and go to level 42 for pool area. Let alone other facility..so tedious. Nothing that i like after being lie about the bath tub and turn down my kids holiday..
