When we came there one of the room wasn’t prepared, they took 30 minutes to fix the problem and for excuses proposed spa for all group of six people. We really appreciated that. During the stay we got here: free tickets to cable car, free access to water park, free tickets to kiss bridge, transfer from/to pier and at first day even we got breakfast when came to hotel at 10 a.m. The hotel organised at day we came boat trip, and every time were ready to help in every step. Nobody ask us to write a good review. Very grateful to everybody of hotel stuff for our perfect stay here! Happy New Year! Everything was amazing - service, food, amenities, comfort of the villa etc. I really liked how communication with the staff could be done through an application. they were very prompt with their replies and accommodating to our requests too. We could even request for buggy service from the main lobby to and from our villa, something we really appreciated when it was raining or when we were carrying many things. The villa we stayed in was huge, comfortable and amazing, we especially loved the sunken living room. Huge thank you to the friendly service crew, really gonna miss this place and hope to be back here someday.

Staff was beyond amazing, they let us check in earlier when the room was ready. Walking distance to the best beach we have seen in Phu quoc. They had a very cute dog in the hotel who was super calm and didn’t disturb the guests at all.
