We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel, very clean and new. The room was neat, big size and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was great too. We had complementary biscuits and drinks included. The hotel has a laundry space (you need to pay for it) so very convenient, and a gym space. On top, the hotel is very close to one station which helped a lot as it was very hot outside.

Customer Service was the best, nothing was a problem with complimentary snacks in the morning & afternoon & evening in the lobby!! Rooms were ultra modern & spacious! I stayed here with my husband for 2 nights in November. This hotel was actually recommended by my sister who stayed here a couple months prior and she loved it so much she insisted I stay here as well. I'm so glad I did. H20 exceeded my expectations. Extremely friendly and professional staff. They also helped shuttle us to the high speed rail station. The shuttle is a private van where we were the only passengers. There's also shuttle service for them to pick up H20 customers from the HSR station as well. Even better this service is free to H20 customers! Our room was spacious and very clean. We booked the package that included a free breakfast. The food was delicious. Included both Western and Asian cuisines. You had the option to grab food from the buffet bar or you can request chefs to make specific dishes that the staff will bring directly to your table (including dishes like french toast, abalone congee, steak, etc). It was truly a memorable and outstanding experience, and I will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future when I'm in Kaohsiung.

The property is 900 metres from Kaohsiung Museum of History and 10 minutes' drive from The Pier-2 Art Centre. Kaohsiung Airport is 20 minutes' drive away. Hotel was great, beyond our expectations. Location was very strategic, near cafe/restaurants and MRT station. While the hotel itself is not big, its minimalist design was really nice and homy. Staff service was great, free coffee & snack hour was really great. And finally the breakfast is a MUST, fresh delicious and local flavour. Highly recommend this hotel !
