The hotel itself was impeccably maintained, with luxurious rooms that were both cozy and stylish. Every detail, from the cleanliness to the thoughtful amenities, was perfect. What truly set this stay apart, however, was the people. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. They even celebrated my birthday with me in the most thoughtful way! Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care for their guests made this experience extraordinary. I cannot recommend Pyramid Stone House enough. If you’re looking for a place that treats you like royalty while feeling like home, this is it. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for such a memorable and heartwarming stay. I’ll be back!

Waw.. we were taken care of from the minute we arrived at our final send-off. Ajwa resort is an absolute paradise. Beautiful from every angle and with the kindest, most friendly staff. A perfect blend of heavenly beauty and unmatched luxury. They upgrade our booking to a bigger room with a very elegant seating area. The WiFi is very strong. The beds were so comfortable with very beautiful linen. The breakfast buffet was very delicious and tasty 😋. The gym, SPA, the massage, and the Turkish Hamam are all simply incredible. The best part is that you are welcomed like a close friend, and everyone is excited to show you this magical place. Every interaction was genuin and memorable. I will never forget my stay here. Special thanks to Mr. Orkhan, who was very keen to make us feel more comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you so much for your hospitality and kindness. Tip: 1. They have a shuttle bus to the town. 2. Better if you have a car to go to different touristic places in cappadocia.

Seraphim Cave Suites & SPA mempunyai taman, teres, restoran dan bar di Ürgüp. Dibina pada tahun 1853, tempat penginapan ini termasuk sauna dan hammam. We had a fantastic stay at Seraphim Cave Suites. The room we had was just absolutely amazing with high end housekeeping (very clean). The staff was so friendly and extremely helpful. Everyone at the hotel spoke very good English. The food in the restaurant and breakfast was very nice. The hamam with the additional indoor pool area was fantastic. Mustafapasa area is quiet and not far from all the amazing attractions in the Cappadocia region (either using rental car or taking taxi). Highly recommend to stay at this hotel. 5 star experience. Would definitively recommend the hotel. The rooms are even more beautful in real life than the pictures on the booking sites.

The room was spacious, and the bed was so comfy that I would fall asleep really quickly, even in the middle of the day lol. The location was great and seemed very safe given that it is a tourist town, so walking around at night is not a problem. It was also not TOO steep to walk unless you generally struggle with this. The breakfast tasted good, not excellent but good. The staff were wonderful and let me sit at their desk for a few hours to take an exam because the wifi was strongest there. The view from the terrace was stunning. I would definitely recommend, what a unique experience!

My room was spotless, and the standard of cleanliness and comfort was simply outstanding. What truly made my stay unforgettable was the personal connection and care shown by Eren. He helped organize everything for me, including an early morning hot air balloon ride over Cappadocia’s dreamlike landscapes, a peaceful horseback tour through the valleys, and even a professional photo session that captured the spirit of the moment so beautifully. Every detail was handled with professionalism and integrity. Eren clearly has reliable and well-established local connections. This wasn’t just a hotel stay it was a beautifully curated experience. Zeppelin Cappadocia felt personal, soulful, and magical in a way that no other place has. If you're considering coming to Cappadocia, look no further. I'll be back. Absolutely.
