The rooms are clean and have a balcony, the beds are also very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The spa in the hotel is nice, there are different saunas, a jacuzzi etc. The massages are also recommended. We had booked half board, the breakfast buffet is complete and the dinners are creative and delicious (course menu). The hotel is well located, you can walk to the village center in 15 minutes.For those who want to go skiing, there is also a bus from the hotel that takes you to the ski lift.

The ski slopes are 200 metres away. Perfect location with stunning lake and mountain views. Close to hiking trails, the lake promenade, and the cable car. Excellent breakfast, tasty and fairly priced meals at the restaurant. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and an amazing wellness area with saunas and jacuzzis. Everything was just perfect – we didn’t want to leave!

Grandhotel Praha is located Tatranska Lomnica, at the foot of Lomnicky Peak, right in the heart of High Tatras and only 900 metres from the nearest ski lift. The hotel provides spa and wellness facilities for free as well as an unique outdoor infinity heated pool offering views to the valley and High Tatras Mountains. the pictures on the website don't do justice at all: the hotel is MUCH better in reality than it looks like in the pictures (it was a great surprise for us) ; the style and interior decoration are amazing ; the garden and terrasse are beautiful ; definitely a place to stay for hikes in the warmer seasons ; the buffet breakfast was great ; the buffet dinner was also great (good quality and range) ; the restaurant was beautiful ; the hotel was very clean, extremely well maintained and stunning in its architecture (a classic gem) ; the staff was helpful and respectful ; the location was excellent (e.g.: close to cablecars, hiking tracks, ski slopes, town) ; the parking was big and easy to move into ; the spa & wellness facilities were excellent and clean ; the bar was cool and barmen very friendly and at your attention ; live music is played on some days and over the weekend (pianist) ; the gopass included is a real bounty for the activities around ; there is a playroom for children and a big conference room ; the room and bed were comfortable ; the bathroom was clean ; we had a very good view from our room (classic room with view) ; we could even witness a sky-tearing storm ; the hotel is so good you could spend the whole there without feeling you're missing out ; I could go on and on but a definite gem in the Tatras ; one of the best hotels I've stayed in and would definitely recommend to anyone going in the Tatras ; very good value for money ; internet was good too and possible to work from the room desk
