It is so lovely and tastefully decorated. The room was spacious, with a nice balcony, large closets and comfy beds. The staff were very welcoming, accommodating and helpful. It is in a central area: Casco Viejo is pretty walkable and has great coffee shops and restaurants but we still found the hotel quiet and intimate. Highly recommended! Can't wait to return.

Stayed as a family in a big room, two floors, two bathrooms, huge balcony with a view. Facilities are elegant and beautiful. Breakfast is delicious, with free choice from an a-la-carte menu. Would definitely return here.

Front desk is super helpful and willing to improve your stay. All in all a great stay that has created good memories. I’ll be back!
