Great location, we were 2 minutes walk from Cuba St. Also, the room facilities were very new and clean (the shower was amazing). There is a good parking lot nearby - Taranaki Street Parking, which wasn't too expensive.

The staff were top notch! The room felt very modern, it had a good kitchen, washer/dryer, cosy dining area, good tvs. The bed was very comfortable. The cleanliness was also top notch. The parking was reserved and arranged ahead of time (paid) and we had no problems with it! Though it is not in the same building so beware of that. The location was excellent! Not only it was super easy to drive from the ferry and also to leave from hotel traveling north but it is also in the bustling city part with plenty of shops and restaurants! The cable car is next door! Botanical garden is within walking distance as well.

Located opposite Trentham Railway Station, Totara Lodge offers spacious rooms and apartments with easy access by train to Westpac Stadium. Modern, clean looking room. I really like the upper floor. Bed was very comfy. Shower was great, good water pressure and the showerhead was at a good height (at most of my stays elsewhere they are always too low, made for midgets).

Built in the early 20th century, Wallaceville Motor Lodge offers studios with a kitchenette and flat-screen cable TV. Set on lovely gardens, it features a barbecue area with outdoor seating. Fairly basic but very very clean and well kept. Beds are usually my main thing and they were super comfy.
