We got upgraded so ended up with a massive room that had a mini walk in closet, and a huge lounge and sitting area. Such a shame that we were only at the Hyatt for 12 hours (just overnight to catch an early flight out the next day) but everything was wonderful. I would stay again in a heartbeat

Friendly hosts that were extremely helpful, with proactive and professional communication. The quality of the room was great - one of the most comfortable beds we have stayed in during our travels with good quality towels, linen and pillows too. Well priced and a nice local area. We ended up staying an extra night, in a different room, and had a consistent experience.

Mohammad Alrad was an fabulous and courteous host, always assisting with our queries and helping with travel guidance. An asset to Bubblefish. Highly recommended for a stay - especially if you love snorkeling and scuba diving - some of the best reefs and dive spots in Borneo in close proximity.

Accessing the parking space was covered in a video walkthrough. Communication was easy thanks to the WhatsApp and the host's friendly nature. The apartment unit has 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a spacious living room/dining area. Additionally, there is a guest bathroom. In the event that you have a large number of people in your group, there is also an extra seating area or a bonus room. The kitchen had electric stoves, a microwave and an oven in it. The washer and the large fridge are both fantastic features. We will definitely think about going back to this apartment again during our next trip home.
