This accommodation was absolutely fantastic! From the very beginning, Esther warmly welcomed us, provided all the information we needed, and proactively took care of everything. The property is stunning and impeccably maintained, with beautiful rooms, warm shower water, a pool, hammocks, bean bags, and more. The breakfast was delicious and always more than enough. We highly recommend having a car, as it makes exploring the surrounding area much easier. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay, and we would recommend it to anyone. We’d love to come back ourselves! It’s the perfect choice for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of Tulum and truly enjoy a relaxing vacation.

From the rooms to the facilities and the tours, everything was well taken care of. Lovely spacious rooms designed tastefully. The staff are very friendly and passionate about working here. Enjoyed the free tours that are available especially the underground river. A calm and peaceful retreat.

I would have rated it 20/10 if I could. Our room was very spacious and clean, and the interior of the whole place is just exceptional. Fabri is a delightful host, who became a friend by the end of our short stay. Not only did he make sure that all our needs were met at all times, but he went out of his way to help us organize our stay, get to know Playa del Carmen and get around. He even helped our friends who stayed at another hotel get a transfer to the airport. We had the best time and were only disappointed that we had to leave so soon. We would most definitely recommend Cas'arte to anyone staying in Playa del Carmen and we'll certainly be coming back!

Everything is really perfect, but the staff - above and beyond!!! Such hospitality is not so often, actually the best experience we had so far (and we are travelling a lot). We had an issue with the car and lady at the reception provided us not just information, but really help! Also, location is perfect - in the most charming area in the city! We also recommend a breakfast on the roof top. If we would be back in Tulum, for sure this hotel will be our choice.
