The rooms and common areas are fully renovated with nice decorations, it has parking and it is not too isolated at all, yet very quiet and far enough from other properties that it makes it quiet. Luca welcomed us warmly, gave us amazing hospitality and very good recommendations of places to see in the area. He was very kind and helpful, he made our stay even nicer. The breakfast was great, lots of options and food was fresh and tasty.

The apartment was amazing. Situated right on the piazza overlooking the cathedral. Beautifully set up and it was a pleasure to stay there. Orvieto was a delight. Lots of shops and restaurants and cute alleys to wander through. The wedding that happened as we arrived just added to the magic.

Absolutely fabulous property at the base of the village of Assisi. If you are not physically fit he would probably want to have a car drive you up but if you’re up for an adventure it takes about 15 minutes. The property is stunning in every way and the food at the restaurant was some of the best we had in Italy
